All domestic orders take 1 to 2 business days to process prior to shipping from our warehouse (located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria), regardless of the selected shipping method. Shipping within Europe usually takes 3 to 5 working days. For shipment outside of Europe count to 7 working days (excluding Customs clearance).
The shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel weight including packaging. The rate is displayed in your shopping cart and during check out.
We provide tracking number for all shipments. This will let you track the location of your purchase.

Dear Customers, due to recent European Union regulations and packaging directives (PPWR), Hobiyarn is temporarily suspending all retail (B2C) shipping to EU countries (outside of Bulgaria). Please note that wholesale (B2B) orders for registered businesses within the EU remain fully active and unaffected. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
Please select "Pick-up from our store" at checkout, as our system currently does not allow shipping addresses outside Bulgaria to be entered. Please provide your full delivery address in the comments field. Once we receive your order, we will send you a Proforma Invoice by email. The shipping cost will be included in the Proforma Invoice. After payment is received, we will dispatch your parcel via courier and provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
