How to order?

Placing an order at Hobiyarn is easy and always a good experience! Let's go through the process quickly.

To add an item to your cart, open any product page, choose color and quantity and click ADD TO CART button. You can repeat this step and add more items to your cart.

Once you have added all desired items to your cart, you can complete the purchase by selecting VIEW CART button at the top right corner. Here you can see a summary of the selected items and do changes if needed. If you have coupon code or gift certificate enter it in the indicated field.

When you are ready to order select CHECKOUT button. Although we recommend you to register an account in order to have your address, invoices and orders under control, it is not necessary and you can continue as a guest. If you are already registered as a returning customer you can log in.

At checkout page, fill in the requested information, select delivery and payment method, leave a comment if needed and select CONFIRM ORDER button. An order confirmation message will appear on your screen and within minutes you will receive an order confirmation email of your order.

All domestic orders take 1 to 3 business days to process prior to shipping from our warehouse (located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria), regardless of the shipping method selected. Shipping within Europe usually takes 3 to 6 business days. Shipment outside of Europe count up to 7 working days (excluding Customs clearance).
