This was my first order with Hobiyarn, but it will definetly not be my last. I was uncertain of ordering in Bulgaria due to no paypal or credit card option, but the invoice I received was in Euro and the necessary information for a cheap inner-Europe SEPA bank transfer were included. (My bank charged 20 Cent.)I got same-day information about the stock of the items and was asked if I want less than I ordered. I do appreciate that very much, no bad surprises after receiving the parcel!The yarn sent has the quality of the trade marks pictured, no false advertisement or exchange for cheaper products/labels.The prices shown in the shop are labeled in Lev. 1 Lev = approx. 0,50 €. (2021).Doing business was a pleasure as I received easy-to-read English emails very quickly, great customer service.
